We want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and apparel. If your new skates or stick don't feel right, we are here to help you get the perfect fit for your next game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hockey Gear account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
